Do you have a special morning ritual that you must do before the day starts? My morning ritual consists of putting on cozy and soft clothes, and then lighting candles and incense. Then I pour a glass of water and sit comfortably on the couch and meditate. If I do not do this every day, I notice immediately that stress takes over immediately.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and
take a deep breath out through your mouth.

Two more ....

Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
